Doesn't Trump need to declas before the next Congress comes in? The new House is promising to attack him, so he needs to put them back on their heels by declas, building the wall with Army, making deep state arrests etc. If he starts in earnestly on all that now, he wont appear to be as vindictive after the House demoncrats start constantly harrassing him and his family with more meaningless and fruitless Congressional investigations and hearings.
