Here's the problem with Q's latest image:
First, the bottom headline doesn't actually exist. It's possible that it was scrubbed, but it is likely that the bottom example is FAKE NEWS.
Second, since headlines can be faked (easily), it is very easy to manipulate people into adopting well-constructed narratives. In this case, the meme suggests that the journalist in question has engaged in some sort of hypocrisy, mainly to attack President Trump's foreign policy.
Third, the only article from April 19th that I could find from Max Boot is as follows:
https://archive.is/4cuHo
So, with this in mind, why would Q post such an image. Perhaps it is so we can do the research to discover something. What did I discover? I discovered that the Washington Post via Max Boot (a so-called conservative) has been actively advocating for the United States to continue its presence in Syria. Why? Perhaps it is to establish a foundation for future false flags (Chemical Weapons, or other). Perhaps others were on to this already, such as Admiral John Richardson.
Regardless of why the image was posted, it's clear that things are in motion.
