That is straight up nonsense. People do have problems with Apple devices but that’s NOT a norm. I’ve had 4 different iPhones, broke their screens all to hell, and had no software/firmware problems a restart couldn’t fix. Never had a warranty and fully paid off each contract before upgrading.
Battery issues and other widespread problems are known, but once identified as a widespread issue they fix the phones free of charge.

I feel that anon. I hear a wide range of stories about retail store employees; from utter incompetence to straight-up criminal activities. Then there’s the few that actually know what they’re doing. I never go into a retail store if I can help it. I get weird vibes there.
