Q's post can be interpreted in many ways.
Q has posted photos and videos that were taken out of context before, but usually ended up getting another message accross. For example, Obama's speech to globalist elites.
So, interpreted it more as trolling the media because Max did make that headline before just (perhaps) not back in April
