Has anyone looked at the difference between where the large second hand at 12:00 and the small second hand (at :40secs) is?
Shouldn't they be in the same place?
If it's 3:14:40, then the large second hand would be at 8 on the large dial.

my 2 cents: Q's 25 posts in 2019 and the Qwatch Pen could be ciphered together.
HINTS:
(1) look at the whole watch, ask yourself: if someone asked, "what time is it?" what would you say?
(2) Then find post above with document from IWC website about HOW the watch works.
(3) Look at the upper inset dial- (there are TWO hands there) Where are the hands?
(4) Look at the lower inset dial - numbers are words.
Yes, I posted that when I first discovered the KEYSTONE theory, IMO.
You have the basic theory. Plot dates of WATCH THE NEWS that includes WATCH THE WATER MARKERS.
See the keystones appear.
Q hasn't confirmed the Qclock, so I dunno. Just ciphering like everyone else.

It makes so much more sense. imo
print out two clocks and cut ot dial face with seconds marks. turn the other page 180 degrees and use separated dial to read the clock
Once you get that concept and see how it works, and plot the dates that form the keystones…
you will notice that there is a second set of keystones within the first set…like multi-dimensional layers

just a cipher (not a prediction)
because there are two other dates that also have marker indicators
OVER THE TARGET
…and [:40] mirrors at [:10] with date 12/12
which matches the top inset dial on QWatch with two hands at the 12 position; or as an alternate the chronograph second hand is also at the 12 position.
I dunno, probably just a coincidence.

hmmm…I see KEYSTONES.
WAT? we're talking in CODE?
Interesting…just consulted my QClock with KEYSTONE (I hesitate calling it a Keystone QClock- out of respect)…
I posted above, there are keystones within keystones.
Watch the News keystones; Q drops keystones; overlapping and/or confirming each other at times.
Confirmations of the clues within the NEWS or DROPS layers within layers.
Absolutely fascinating the way this is constructed.
Plotting the clues in the various ways deciphered and seeing what gets confirmed=actual event, is where THE TRUTH can be found.
It can also lead to knowing where the Holy Grail is. There's only ONE.
The cipher is simple and complex.
Ciphers with validity (imo), have to be repeatable (like an equation theory/proof). Meaning any clue that you use the equation on yields a result from which a pattern develops (a KEYSTONE)- which is what Q drops indicated we were supposed to find.
Just how I've been looking at it- plus I'd already watched "Leonardo's Light" the 3 min vid that reveals the clues that were hiding in plain sight for over 500 years in two of da Vinci's pieces of artwork.

Not only does it show keystone shape, but helps you see how clues can layer over each other.
And yes, to the 5 second increment markers. IMO, that is one set of keystones. There is another layer of keystones shaping up as well.
So much heart in what was written there. I just started with a few simple things I'd read from Q drops
Find the keystone
Read the Bible
Watch the news
Watch the water
Future proves past.
That's as much as I applied - the rest evolved out of those simple directives.
Sincere respect to all of you who have put your loving hearts, minds and souls into deciphering with so much more.
Maybe it's like a jigsaw puzzle, where each set of eyes sees a piece of the puzzle and we put it all together here.

Have you tried rotating the outer dates wheel so 01/01/19 is at the top of the page, while keeping the clock face with seconds marks in place.
You may see keystones start to form from your digging.
Just a thought, it's what I did.

imo, the clock shifted 180 degrees as a result of the 12/27/18 AQua blue flash. Which aligned with FIRST Q drop on 10/28/17. Future proves past.
Ciphered as start of Q's third movie…which aligns with 01/01/19.
The keystones (multi-layered effect) is building with each new Watch the news/watch the water item.
That makes sense. Simple easier for most.
This is just how I read the Qclock-
If you print out two paper copies of Qclock, cut out the dial including second markers, and use that clock face on the other copy, the 01/01/19 date stays at the top of the clock.
The separate dial moves and reveals TWO sets of second markers one over the other.
To me it reveals corresponding dates, but may be doesn't make sense.
Not meant to confuse, if it did.

Do you have a pic of that, cuz my Qclock doesn't show that. The Qclock I have shows 10/28/17 aligns with 12/27/17.
12/27/18 is future proves past to 12/27/17; and thus 10/28/17, Q's first drop.

Wind means to turn. imo, some part of the Qclock has to move-
seems like the biggest issue that is brought up is anyone could plot a bunch of dates or times and make anything out of it.
imo, the center dial should be separated from the out date "markers"
*outer date "markers"
It a good exercise for the brain, no matter what the Qclock turns out to be.
Watching the news, looking for different clues. And it seems to be something people can do while so many things are happening behind the scenes that we just don't know about yet.

I'm looking at the "watch the news/watch the water" items to see if a pattern establishes itself, that can then be used as a formula for other news items.
