"Think clock. Wind the clock w/ all markers."

"There need be no minute hand, as the hour figures will be 6. I. apart. But the interspace should be divided into [qu]arters and 5. minute marks."

–Thomas Jefferson

Similar to Jefferson's Great Clock at Monticello, the Q-Clock can be seen as only requiring a minute hand, which links dates & times by arranging a calendar around the clockface in a spiral, such that 12/07 is at the [:00] minute marker.

By "winding the clock" in a certain way, Q's posts can be connected to each other, and thus reveal the MAP which provides the KEY to spread the TRUTH.

"Timestamps important. Countdown? Markers."

"Connect the 'markers.' News (in all forms) unlocks the map."

"TRUTH shines LIGHT. LIGHT saves HUMANITY. Future proves past."

–Q

Example of How to Build a QClock Graphic

To this day, the exact word "clock" has been mentioned in Q's posts 10 times, most instructively in sentences as "Wind the CLOCK." & "The CLOCK and the GRAPHIC are ESSENTIAL.".

Combined with the numerous times Q referred to times or markers of the form "[NN]", stated that "News unlocks map." and asked us to "Learn to read the map.", Anons figured out pretty fast that beyond the mere posting of "crumbs" there must be some way to meaningfully connect news (of any form, incl. tweets), Q posts & markers (i.e. timestamps & dates) in order to form some kind of "graphic", which would facilitate or even extend an understanding of the information given.

The QClock is merely a vehicle to connect dates & times to the hands on a clock ("Clock started" 07-Dec-2017), which can be used to visualize how current happenings (i.e. news & their times/dates) plausibly relate to Q "crumbs" from the past, thus serving as both, confirmation & explanation of what Q has posted previously and not rarely cryptically ("Future proves past.").

One textbook-like example appeared in Clockbread #4, which in clarity, consistency & simple beauty stood out remarkably, which is why it is given here as an example for old & new clockfags on how to build a QClock Graphic.

Tons of Bread. Clocked.

With Q possibly indicating that the last recent "stress test" had failed, it might be interesting to have a look at some simple bread statistics for possible reasons or clues to this "failure".

So here's a quick list of the Top 10 fastest breads so far (sorted by BreadNr, 600-post avg from timestamps of the 50th/650th post in each bread):

8 out of 10 breads with most UIDs are Q&As. Those also tend to be among the fastest breads (4/10).

The last Q&A (12/12) was fastest (55.6 & 51.9 posts/min) and also the one with highest number of UIDs (464).

However, the Q&A from 04/20, Bread #1386 had a similar number of UIDs (440). Thus, upgrades/updates (e.g. servers) haven't done much to the max. number of UIDs posting.

But it shows that upgrades have improved posting speed: Bread speed appears to have increased from previous values of max. 42 posts/min to 55 posts/min with similar numbers of users posting (430-440).

From a technical perspective, if one were aiming for e.g. 700 users being able to post at 70 posts/min then the last stress test could be seen as a failure. As a Baker, I'd worry about having to bake bread every 10 mins or faster at 70 posts/min.

As usual, here the current clock blanks and tweets.

PostMarker graphic is out of date since it's still not extended past the November dates. Posting it for reasons of tradition – will update it for an additional ring of 60 more dates.
