Another thing is 1/19 this year falls on a Saturday. Not much happens in DC on a Saturday. Of interest is 1/21, two days later, is the Martin Luther King Jr. Federal Holiday on Monday. Not much happening in DC that day. 1/22 is a Tuesday.
I may be wrong but D19 sec position mirrored across with a 5/35 mirror points to 1/22, Tuesday, the day after Martin Luther King Jr holiday.
