Also a quick one … regarding when does the first ring or bell or alarm go off .. what if this refers to a bell like a bell tower? The first bell or ring is not at the hour marker.. rather it’s certain amount of seconds (ticks before?) i think there are rings for the number of hours but still doing some research here … so like for 2 o’clock ring the first alarm is 1:59:58 for 2am and 1:59:46??
