Has a consensus been reached on the time displayed on Q's watch/pen picture?

Saw some Anons saying 3:14 but some saying 3:15.

Also, does the pen pictured with Watch(clock) indicate any kind of mirror?

Not good at angles with the pic but, if so, the pen seems to lay along a 5 minute/35 minute line.
