Not to be contrary and please continue your research and post as there can be clues missed, but I believe the one and only time that Q has ever shown us a watch depicts a 12 hour watch and that is what they are using to talk to us right now. If they start talking in military tine and Zulu in the future, we'll follow.
When Q says wind the clock do you think, by Q's language, we might be given that imagiery of an old-fashioned wind-up 12-hr alarm clock by intent?
Hey I have "d" and the number 19 bugging me and here's why:
On Dec. 19 (D19?) Q dropped, '"D Day".
In an examination of Q's photo of a watch and pen, we are strongly led to consider the value "Pi" while considering a 12- hour watch face because we finally came to a consensus that the time posted was 3:14 and 40/60 of a minute which gives us 3.1466.
Looking at that round clockface and discussing mirrors led me to this formula regarding Pi.
C (circumerence)
Pi(3.1466) = ——–
d (diameter)
We have 2 known quantities: Pi and C.
If we use a tevolution of 60 seconds as a circumference, we can then multiply 3.1466 times 60 to get "d".
The answer is: d = 19.06
Is iit possible Q is telling us d=19?
Can "d" mean a delta?

I don't think I can recall Q saying reset the clock, but do recall Q saying rewind the clock. I am taking some of the established clock dogma on faith myself right now too. Not an expert. I can get lost when they cross refrence past dates.
If you want rings, try making a COIL/SPIRAL starting from the 00:00 hrs position. Keep drawing around the clock when you pass the 12:00 hrs position until you have reached the 24:00hrs position. That's 2 revolutions. Maybe keep going? (if you wanted to make a 3d coil?)
