Am digging into what hemp will mean for property values.

 

My prediction is semi-arid land with short growing seasons is going to skyrocket once the hemp boom kicks in.

Hemp or land?

If it's hemp, just wait until the infrastructure arrives.

If it's land, sit on it until the infrastructure shows up, and sell when the hemp boom hits.

Good reason not to grow until rules get changed and precedents set.

 

Could lease out the land, tho. Let someone ambitious do the work, then sell a developed hemp farm.
