Sundance will tell you it's because of some grand deep state conspiracy to hide the truth. Sundance is an idiot. The FBI is under no obligation to provide Congress with any evidence in ongoing investigations. This tug of war between Congress and the President (the FBI works for him) has been going on since the beginning of our Republic. Congress always loses. They have no enforcement power, so there is no legitimate reason to give them anything.

For that matter, why on earth would the FBI hand over evidence to the people they are investigating before they are being prosecuted?

Oh, that… gotcha.

Constitutionally, there's no reason a bill couldn't be passed from one session to another. However, the only way that could realistically happen is if the Senate (in this case) passed the House bill unchanged. That is rare (it's also why the House has not gone into recess yet… they have to wait for changes).

Everything you just said is complete nonsense, cooked up by the media. You have no clue what is going on. Pull your head out of your ass. We have been providing limited support, at best, for quite some time now. This is Russia's problem now, and they're more than capable. FFS… ISIS is all but gone in the region, that's why we're moving on to other arenas.

So, you start with "he's not an idiot" then immediately proceed to prove my point that he is. Got it.

He's an idiot. The guy doesn't have any understanding of how the government works, nor the law itself. His read of the Constitution is that of someone from a foreign country, or a child.

What Sundance IS good at is hunting down documents and such. He's a great researcher. He just has no idea how to connect the dots properly, most certainly because of his extreme bias. He's more concerned with being right than finding the truth.
