I live in a suburb of Seattle and my local grocery is scamming and taxing juice / plain cranberry juice.
When I called them on it, they gave me the tax back, but it's been months and they haven't changed their system and are still taxing juice
My point, I wonder how many other grocers in WA are scamming on the tax and people just don't notice
