It looks more like they are simply rolling back some old regulation that are no longer or never were needed. I don't see any connection to F&F.

I found this. Has a a little more info and would save you some time:

The doc he's signing looks totally blank. Even if text was too pixelated to be legible it would still cause those parts of the image to be a bit darker.

What are the odds that an aerial photography plane would scanning that area at just the right time to catch that? There are years old photos on Google Earth of where I live.

This doesn't smell right.

The patent number in that photo is for a aerial firefighting system. The large diameter of the plumping indicates that it's designed for high flow rates.

Did you even read what your are linking to? They're discussing the theoretical possibility of adding bulk quantities of Al nono-particles to fuels to increase their specific energy for hypersonic aircraft purposes, not regular jet engines. It would be a colloid of metal powder with just enough other stuff to make it a liquid. Do you have any idea how expensive that stuff would be? They're not secretly mixing it into jet fuel.

>tetraethyl lead

That's an anti-knocking agent used for piston engines. Turbine engines don't have knock issues.

Do you a have credible sauce for the Al based additives? i don't think you do.

When has anything ever gone "dud". It's not Q's fault that anons jump to conclusions and misinterpret. It has been explained that this is going to take years and that the revolution will not be televised.

As I read the Q posts containing the work 'keystone' I realize that you're right. 'Keystone' is not one thing. It's a concept. Q was teaching us how to analyze disparate bits of info and see the common central element.
