When you pulse an electromagnetic coil (wire around a nail…) and observe the scope you will see a "immeasurable" negative energy spike…you can tune a circuit to capture this "overage" by trying to gate it and harvest some negative energy. I also think, depending on frequency, you could tune to this "spike" and drink all you need. This is what Tesla had perfected…
