This meme totally went over peoples heads. As an anon pointed out, the second part of the meme says: Trump can't do anything right" comes from an article written by boot on Dec 7th:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2018/12/07/trump-cant-do-anything-right-even-his-coverups-are-incompetent/?utm_term=.a95fb18e6355

The next part: "We don't need troops in Syria" comes from the April 19 2018 article: Apr 19 2018: "Trump thinks we can replace US forces in Syria with Arab troops He’s wrong"

https://web.archive.org/web/20180419230605/https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/global-opinions/wp/2018/04/19/trump-thinks-we-can-replace-u-s-forces-in-syria-with-arab-troops-hes-wrong/

Of course, since it looks "real" it was taken literally. What Q is saying it doesn't matter what POTUS does, he will be wrong in the eyes of the media.

Once it was realized the exact headline wasn't "real", everyone immediately turned on Q for spreading fake memes. When in fact it was real. Its a meme. You have to ask yourself why did Q post this the way it was posted, knowing full well that anons would not be able to find this exact post?

Critical thinking. Do it.
