Gene grouping patterns, I would argue.

There are gene groups that are tightly coupled with mental illness, to include autism spectrum disorders. When all genes in the group are both available and available for transcription (not methylated through trauma/abuse), then the result is intelligence of another order. Even those who only possess parts of that group see massive gains in intellectual performance, but have structural problems and often can't develop that intelligence the same way that a normal person would.

Those with all of those genes intact are not just smarter, their brain structures are different, if outwardly similar.

There is probably a bit more to it than that, but the average person is not often inspired to dig like anons are. It's not so much sheep dogs as much as it is an ingrained drive to obsess over a subject until meaningful knowledge is extracted.

I thought Q made this rather clear going waaaay back to last year. Mueller has the role of bringing evidence into court by filing and referring cases for prosecution. If there is no case, it is rather hard to enter it into court. He knows where a lot of the bodies are buried and who to bring up on the 'easy' charges that drag out the ugly stuff.

Mueller is ours, by putting people who are not guilty on trial and forcing evidence out from under classified status. It can then be used by other investigators to prosecute crimes revealed by that evidence.
