Gist of video and many comments is speculation that 9/11 was pre-known by GWB and that the cover is blown.

Watched it through but didn't grasp the significance until reading one of the comments underneath the video:

Then I went back and re-listened to the end of the video – I think this is the interview with POTUS shortly after the attack occurred, if not same day.
