Originally, USA Today made up the newspaper pages in DC leaving blank spaces for the ads, and then sent photos of the pages to all the printing sites, where the local office would sell local ads to place in the blank spots before printing. Then, as newspapers declined in importance, they put more emphasis on their news wire service. That way, they could get all kinds of newspapers and TV channels, to subscribe to the news wire, and receive a rundown of the days news at 4 am every day. The talking points are just a part of this feed. Q dropped a photo of Anderson Cooper leafing through a copy of this daily news feed. Unfortunately the shills successfully slid this into talk of Cyrillic walnut sauce nonsense.
