VII was an orchestrated Protestantization of the Catholic liturgy and theology. The perps were planted satanic calbalists seeking not to destroy the Church, but to alter/hijack it as a secularist one-world religion.
The Jesuits themselves were infiltrated, but not from the beginning. St. Ignatius Loyola must have had a terrible rest in the grave during this time. At any rate there still are many good, faithful Jesuits, Fr. Schall being one.
Terrible damage was cause during VII by including Protestants in the deliberations and drafting of the texts. Protestantism is the origin or relativism, which in turn originates in heresy. Protestanism itself originates from the devil. It is a horrible pox upon humanity.
