Dunno. Had a light (very quiet) plane follow me home the other night at about 1,200' AGL.. No one in this tiny rural area has IFR ratings. I only knew because they had to turn on their landing lights near our little airstrip. Tried a couple things, they stuck with me. Had to have NVD's as I went dark. I live in BF E. Ethiopia, farms/ranches. All the neighbors saw it or heard it. After arriving back at the ranch he made a lazy turn and headed back to the east showing no lights.
