The company in question is a government owned entity, according to the public appeals court ruling.
Thus I'm not sure AJ or even Huawei would apply.
Admitting that they are outright owned by the Chinese govt would be horrible for business, even if most people assume it anyway.

Huawei spends a lot of time and money trying to maintain the appearance of separation for their global market.
