How in the world would anybody know whether or not grand juries have been empanelled? Grand juries and prosecutors work in secret - they do not announce.

What is the source of your pronouncement? Oh - pulled it out of your aperture?

Again I ask, how in the world would anybody not part of the prosecutor's office or the grand jury itself (sworn to secrecy) know whether or not a certain witness has been interviewed? Pronouncing that so-and-so hasn't been interviewed doesn't make sense. Also, suppose they are going to use NSA evidence or documentary evidenceโ€ฆin that case prosecutors don't need witness testimony? There are too many questionable assumptions being made here.
