I know how lazy this sounds… but I can't watch that whole hour+ to find out the term that she calls uses, but essentially she mentions that these people using these SSRI inhibitors (a portion of them, not all of them) can sometimes see an activation of a particular "condition" wherein the user appears normal on the outside to all of their family and friends but on the inside they feel lost and hopeless and this lasts for long enough that they eventually snap and do something crazy. She says the majority (if I remember correctly) kill themselves or simply stop taking the drugs and shortly feel much better, but there's a smaller portion of this already small sample size which snaps and does something absolutely crazy. See, these people, if I had to put it in to words which I can explain even if at a more basic level, are targeted once this condition sets in. Many anons appear to believe this is an operation conducted by V2S (voice to skull), or that they even have a handler close to them in their lives who continually gives subtle coaxing to do something crazy.

See, out of the millions of people on these drugs, there's a small portion who's genetics don't exactly line up with their use. Out of that small portion, we seemingly find these "school shooter"/"mall bomber" types in this smaller segment. It seems THESE people are the individuals being used in Delta (MKUltra) programming. These individuals will likely have low levels of conscientiousness and therefor be easier to split and have their secondary (delta) alter convince alpha to murder/suicide (omega).
