I just look at the asshole, say "my body, my choice…just like abortion!" if said asshole decides to grief me for not wanting to be parted out. That usually shuts them right the fuck up and if it doesn't, oh well. Usually it's the same jackoffs who give people shit for not wanting to donate their body parts are the same ones who say "don't question a woman's right to choose what's best for her body." Go figure.
