I know they make it very easy to check off on being one.. there wasn’t a “no” option when renewing my license. Guess you leave the yes blank? ..and I was horrified to find the option hidden on husband’s car registration. NOt to mention the grief people gave me when looking over forms, “are you SURE? Why not?” Etc.
