Well all I can tell you is I wondered similarly when I attended a funeral recently of a 20-year old heroin addict and there were plastic bracelets and flyers from an organ donation group passed out with the prayer cards. Had been clean a few months; relapsed obviously. Heart was donated, maybe a few other organs IDK. But it creeped me out really got me thinking about the dark and nefarious forces behind the opioid epidemic. So many young men dying from it. From good homes, too.
