>>4443093 PB Additional information on the formation of the IRS from the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Ancient 1995-97 group dig.
In 1995-7 I was watching this group of attorneys and this William Cooper guy put these pages up real time. I found it interesting what they thought they uncovered about the creation and location of the IRS, so thought I would share.
It list a lot of sources that I figure would not show up normally. It is an ancient dig by some attorneys and a man named William Cooper.

In addition to this dig on the process of creating the IRS from the Bureau of Internal Revenue, the attorneys ended up creating this 31 questions and answers about the IRS document with Supreme Court case sites.
It's domicile can not be found in the US treasury. They say it looks like an off shore Trust, and that the beneficiaries can not be exposed due to the law of trusts.
Anyway, The 31 Q and A has so many legal sources that it could almost be researched by non attorneys with a dig.
The IRS looks a bit like it was created the same way the FED was but without an act like the federal reserve act. Instead, they did some hocus pocus with "regulations" during the prohibition and the repeal of the prohibition.
