RE: the 'lying to the FBI charge' that they got Flynn and Popadop on… I asked an FBI guy I know about lying to the FBI. He said yeah it's illegal - but they never ever charge someone with only that. Contact says that if they went to a judge to get a warrant the Judge would say "This is ALL you got? -No warrant." So unless they've got something else on a suspect - they'll never just charge them with only that offense.
