Mad Hatter (Hillary's contact via email) was involved with a water purification company that could ship freight containers equipped with purification equipment to a disaster site. I have always presumed he was involved with the human trafficking out of Haiti because of the capability to ship freight containers during a disaster. It's just an inference, not known to be fact.
