She went on to talk about the extra-ordinary powers a federal grand jury has, which amount to something nearly equivalent of a 4th branch of government, with authority similar to the executive. Maybe some lawfag anon can articulate what these powers are? For example, do they have the ability to view classified information or demand DECLAS?
