Why is this?
I think it is because Q cannot give us truth. Only you can find it for yourself. If the truth were to come out then very dangerous tech would be available, not only for the super-powers who can use it for leverage and war. But also for the people who can use it for good ending the monopolies controlling us. Or the worst case scenario; terrorists who can end it all. And I mean all.
