it's about creating a monopoly so that people have to pay an arm and a leg for something that the MASSACHUSETTS CONSTITUTION, after which the U.S. Constitution was modeled, says the following:
"Every subject of the commonwealth ought to find a certain remedy, by having recourse to the laws, for all injuries or wrongs which he may receive in his person, property, or character. He ought to obtain right and justice freely, and without being obliged to purchase it; completely, and without any denial; promptly, and without delay; conformably to the laws."
Law schools and state bar authorities are the CANCER of our society.
They are the ones that are protecting the wrongdoers and perpetuating the rigged justice system.
They need to be nuked.

If there were a real justice system in this country, the medical, agribusiness, drug rackets, etc., would be held accountable, or at least, able to be held accountable
instead we have brilliant words on paper (the constitution) that have no meaning in practice.
