With respect, people who say seconds don't matter, don't live and breathe timestamps like I do. I'm also a clockfag. We don't pretend to have it all figured out, but the seconds matter 100% for sure. Patterns that repeat themselves hundreds of times aren't by chance. I don't even know if POTUS tweet seconds COME from twitter. Furthmore, I am of the opinion that we control twitter, among MANY other 4am-like things.
