When the sun burns hydrogen it fuses. Once fuel is out it turns into a neutron star. If the sheer mass in one place is great enough the electromagnetic pull on surrounding structures would create a black hole.
Our galaxy has a center of many burning hydrogen stars. The collective mass has enough charge to have other solar systems and stars orbit it.
