It’s agfecting other cities in TX, including places like Lubbock. Much of southern AZ and NV are solidly comped. FL we all know about. But it’s having an impact in your neck of the woods, too: the Carolinas and TN. Anywhere there’s low/no state income tax.
They need to be disincentivized somehow!
