Is this "SECRETARY" asshole overstepping his authority by demanding a citizen turn in something "of value" that he purchased LEGALLY without a law requiring such?

In actuality, the bump stock is shit. I rather use my fully auto, or 3burst is best.

I don't care if they ban it, but the scary part is they will ban anything it "can be used on".

That would result in the AR series being banned.

 

Problem with banning it, they must either buy them back, or grandfather existing ones.

They cannot demand you suffer a financial loss because of a "rule".

 

So for anons who know people who live in state where that "order" came thru, ask them to pay for it. Or explain why it is not grandfathered since purchased legally.

(I would claim to have one even if I didn't just to fuck with em. But I live in TX and we just don't give a fuck about bumpstocks here..)

IF I lived in that area, I would claim to have a stock of bumpstocks (even tho I dont and could care less about them).

Just to challenge them about what's next?

  1. PAY ME for them in a legal sale.

  2. Grandfather the ones I purchase legally.

  3. Outlaw future sales ←- only legal way to ban.

 

Anything else is FAR FETCHED FANTASY legal shit. (except under Eric Holder)
