>>Q "Wind the clock"

>>"To wind a clock use a number 11 key"

British Dial Clocks

>>"To wind the clock simply place the key, or crank, into the winding point and turn clockwise sixteen revolution"

Grandfather Clocks

>>"To wind, simply insert the crank into the winding points turning clockwise approximately thirteen revolutions."

The clock in the Q posts was originally made by Thomas Stretch ( I believe ).

Does anybody know if it works?

Thomas Stretch made "Tall clocks" which I assume are grandfather clocks?

Does anybody know if the clock on the tower of Independence Hall works? If so how many rotations required by the 'key' to wind it?

Could this help us figure out the "key" and how to "wind the clock"?

Just wanted to add this to collective subconscious if it hasn't been speculated yet.
