You can put anything you want as your location in your Twitter profile… considering they're an Antifa parody account that occasionally will post some truth, they probably put Russia as a joke.
When Antifa entered the mainstream in 2016-ish, several parody accounts of Antifa branches in rich bourgioise areas popped up, including Laguna, Mar-A-Lago, Upper East Side, etc. They mostly just mock Antifa and its members, but sometimes they'll share a MAGA-related tweet
