THAT is where this began, at Marconi. You had a bunch of people working on SDI projects, one of which was to detect subs from satellite. Going with that, you've got two barriers.

First you have the ionosphere, which requires EHF to get through, ideally in the GHz range.

Second, you have the ocean, which requires ELF to get through.

Getting around that would seem to require piggybacking the ELF on a EHF carrier wave. That seems simple enough but I can't believe it because whatever it was they discovered had enough value that (((they))) killed 26 people at or associated with Marconi.

That isn't just killing a project, it's sanitization of a project.

But let's go back to what Q actually said:

I'm well aware what kind of antenna is required for ELF signals and I learned about the GWEN system decades ago. Maybe you should read this:

Thing is, we're talking about Digital Signals Processing and RELAYS of the "mobile phone signals" to the "end users".

Several of their (dead) engineers were working on torpedo guidance systems and some were involved with radar. As stated in previous digs, there was a heavy presence of software engineers killed because this was the phase at which the analog systems were converting to DSP. You can hide interesting things in a hardwired chip.

Which is why I included the pic of Plessy (that Marconi bought), a firm that had related murders. They made chips.

My contention is the ELF that's riding the carrier wave of the GHz signal penetrates the body while the GHz signal doesn't. It's all DSP now, so nobody is looking at the actual carrier wave to see if anyone has another signal piggybacked on it as a sideband.

Q is telling us the technology exists and as you say, you're not a comms guy.

What definition of [incoming signal] would "fit" in a construction like this:

[(signal)/code/program] over [('x') . (designation)] of mobile phone to control target subject.

Example:;

Whatever that is, the beginning of it was in the mid 1980's in Great Britain with Marconi.

So, I'm looking at this from both ends.

On the current end I'm of the opinion that it would require an implant and the cell phone is the power source and signaling device as well as the local "relay" to do the mind control stuff.

On the back end, I'm still working through theories.
