Is each pane of glass tilted at a different angle?
Top 3 panes:
Left side looks like American flag with a gold eagle on top the flag pole. Has distinct R, W, B colors when you fiddle with the color balance.
Right side - symmetrical with left, I think it's another one of the flags that's in the OO.
Center - that's the puzzle. It looks like a picture frame with a picture in it, distorted to a roundish shape. In the picture, your guess is as good as mine but I would say it's a bear.
I really think it's a reflection of whatever's on the opposite side of the room.
Lower panes - I have difficulty and am not venturing any guesses. If top panes are reflection of objects in room, then b bottom panes would be too.
The left panel from resolute desk, cropped out from the desk with photoshop and pasted onto the window to get our attention, and probably to conceal a face of whoever is taking the picture or whoever else is in the OO with POTUS.
