A display inside a cellblock at Guantánamo's maximum-security Camp 5 prison, which has about 70 empty cells, shows that navy blue is the new orange at the war-on-terror prison now. Captives who misbehave or of concern to management wore orange uniforms to distinguish them from those wearing white, brown or beige.
