Frank was a calculating and sinister sociopath. They killed off his character (they say), trash talked his memory, and nev er produced a body upon real life news of the allegations against him.
Merge that knowledge with what he is saying here. Either he flipped on Hwood or he is full batshit, or its a suicide weekend coming up for him. Yes, it is a fucking creepshow message to deliver.
