Been looking at the photo in the Kevin Spacey (Fowler), just throwing my thoughts out there.
I took a screencap of the photograph featured in the video at the highest resolution I could, then I sharpened it a bit to bring out some of the detail, then I increased the saturation to help draw out the muted colors from the photograph.

Spacey, to my knowledge, doesn't have any children. But these both appear to be two young men. A black kid and a white kid, the black kid looks as though he may have a chinstrap beard.
It's hard to draw any serious conclusion from the photo; however, given the softness of the facial features of the white kid I'd venture a guess he's probably in his late teens, early twenties maybe.
Black guy is not wearing a MAGA hat, but it is wearing a snapback hat with a black bill.
On a related note, Kevin's brother stated that their father was some kind of Nazi who repeatedly raped him in excess of 50 times when they were kids.
