I do have physical gold and silver, and cash in a local savings bank, so it was 1/3 of what I inherited.

Funny you say pot farm. I did have one (organic) for years on 40 acres here in Mendocino County.
But, I sold the land. Since pot is legal now, prices went gone down tremendously for private farms.

and this is an actual real typewritten document.

I do have typewriter history. Just a quick look you can see the "s" raised up because typist didn't hit it hard enough. Also the "m"s are all worn on second hump. I didn't bother with the other letters, because it is just so obviously typewritten.
If you are triggered about the content - fine. But it is a real typewritten document.
And yes, the type font is Century which was used in typewriters at the time.
