I’m a typographer… the spacing and fonts are from a computer. the leading is all wrong. The type is way too perfect. The kerning is too perfect. That did not exist back then.
Typography is the setting of type, the designing of type and understanding things like x height ascenders and descenders as well as line spacing and leading and kerning. A pdf file can be altered and fake bullshit can be added in such as the letter you tried to introduce

And they would have used carbon paper and an extra page to make a duplicate so the letters would be light and dark in areas ap person typing by hand would hit different key strokes at different strengths and some letters will be higher or lower than others depending on the keys being bent over time.
And I will also add that the key mistake in that document is the sans serif headline that is perfectly underlined it would not happen on a real typewriter to have two different fonts
