the article says the satellites were launched despite no clearance from FCC because they can't track such small satellites that easily.

but they have launched it either way,

they are communication satellites, so Q team has cutoff their rooms so its ((they)) way to communicate?? and launched from isro because

we don't check with FCC permision for US meant

satellites, and good money for India, thats just my theory.
