Went to mass and the friar's homily focused on dark to light, as well healing division. He was really keying on these times and the need for this great divide to end. At the end of mass, he told us, "if I have hurt you in any way or offended you, please forgive me. " I believe he was speaking for the entire priesthood. I've known this priest for 28 years and he is a good man. He senses the hurt in our Catholic church.
