I'm the Anon whole posted the original construction notice, and whom called the hospital to verify the floor was indeed closed. The hospitals operator confirmed the floor is closed, but only knew the floor was closed "recently." The construction notice had the construction companie's name, and the project manager's contact info. Perhaps the entire project has been going on for a while, and can be used as a convenient excuse?
