I respect your perspective. We agree the problem is the FED and it needs to go, ultimately. Yeah, the FED is international and not MAGA. Sly but far too obvious move is not sly at all. Rate hike was not needed, especially with the Financial Markets already melting down. The bottom is a long way off.

It's a good idea, but who gets the contracts is where the corruption begins.

 

Maybe the government could privatize it with proper oversight, something Reagan didn't do back in the 80's that led to the later merger-mania afterwards.
